 Frequently Asked Questios VENDORS

Q: When can I expect the floor-plan after registration?

A:Floor Plans are emailed approximately two weeks before scheduled event.

Q: Can two vendors be at the same table?

A:NO. Only 1 vendor/company per table. No two different companies are NOT allowed to share a table/booth 

Q: Am I allowed to sell product?

A: Yes, there are no restrictions to sales.

Q: What is the location we send our promotional items/inserts for giftbags too?

A:Mail Promotional Items to: P.O. Box 608192, Orlando, FL 32860. Minimum 200 inserts needed.

Q: Is a WiFi Code provided at the event?

A: Yes, It will be available upon arrival. 

Q: Can I arrive at any time?

A: NO, Setup time is 9 am till 11 am and you must arrive on time to set up.

Q: What happens if I arrive after 11 am?

A: If you arrive after set up hours you will not be allowed to set up and at no point will a refund be granted. 

Q: Can I break down if I see some one else or if I want to?

A:NO. You are not allowed to leave early/in the middle of the event. You must stay the entire duration of the event. If you breakdown during the event without approval there will be a $100 PENALTY.

Q: Can I get a refund? 

A: Vendor booths are final and non refundable.

Q:Can I bring assistance with me?

A: If bringing assistance with you, you must provide us with the name to be added to the complimentary vendor admission. 
*If name is not on the list they will have purchase a general admission. *Complimentary vendor admission list closes 1 week prior to event.

Q: How many people can be at my vendor booth?

A:Maximum of 5 people per table. If bringing more then 5 people to assist you, you are required to purchase an additional table ($50).

Rules: 

Vendors must turn in your table/booth the way it was given to you. 

Make sure to pick up after yourself. If table/booth, chairs, and linen are not returned in the proper way then you will not be allowed to participate in future events. 

Food vendors, if bringing machinery you must get our approval. (Insurance may be required, Please ASK)

When attending as a vendor the following items will be at your vendor booth the amount of chairs requested, prize form (must be turned in by noon *the day of event to Dj Booth), Exhibitor questionnaire on how we can better our events and communication with you.

Q.What is the difference between a basic, standard, and a couple pass?

A. Basic Ticket Holders have access to the event. This ticket does not include a gift bag or the bingo card game.

Standard Pass Ticket Holders get 1 gift bag and 1 BINGO card.

Couples Passes admit 2 individuals and receives 1 gift bag and 1 BINGO card.

Q.My Husband would like to join in on the fun - Will he feel out of place?

A. Husbands are absolutely welcome to join in on the fun! Please take advantage of our special couples ticket pricing. It's also helpful to have an extra set of hands to help carry all the gifts you will get!

Q.I would like to bring a friend with me - Do they need to purchase a ticket as well?

A. Yes - every attendee must purchase a ticket. You can take advantage of our special "couples ticket pricing" or purchase 2 tickets and get twice the SWAG.

Q.What is a Baby Shower Bingo Card?

A. Baby Shower Bingo is a fun game that we play at the event - this bingo card is your card to get your Big Baby Shower Gift. This game is optional.

Q. What is the gift?

A. Your gift can be anything from a diaper bag, stroller, car seat, highchair, crib, clothing, gift certificates, feeding gear, bedding, monitors, toys, etc. The gifts are completey random.

Q.What if I do not like my gift or I already own the gift I received?

A. The gifts are given out randomly. Feel free to gift your item to a friend, another attendee, or charity. Unfortunately there will be no exhanges.

Q.What's in the gift bag?

A.Full size products as well as samples, magazines, food treats, and some coupons.

Q.Is this event for children?

A.Yes, This event is for everyone and expectant parents. 

Q. Are there contests that take place during the event?

A. YES! Many companies will hold individual contests at their tables. Please note: these contests are not managed by Sweet Expectations Mommy to Be - therefore anything won or any prizes uncollected from the contest should be worked out directly with the company. Sweet Expectations Mommy to Be will not be held responsible for defective or uncollected winnings.

Gift Bag Policy:

Please note there is a limit of one gift bag per ticket. Gift bags are required to be picked up at the event during event hours. Gift bags cannot be mailed or picked up at a different location on another date.
