We have created this top of the bridal show to let brides know they can find unique, quality, highly recommended exhibitors for their big day. Amazing signature exhibitors, tastings, bridal lounge, designer gown sale along with a fashion show, program will be LIVE. Giveaways, exclusive over sized gift boxes with over the top keesakes that our brides & grooms will cherish forever.

*** SETUP TIME IS 9 AM- 11 AM, IF YOU ARE NOT SETUP BY NOON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SETUP AFTER SETUP HOURS AND AT NO POINT WILL A REFUND BE GRANTED. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A VENDOR TO BE SETUP AND READY ON-TIME. ***

 

******** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS **********

1. Q: When can I expect the floor-plan after registration?

A:Floor Plans are emailed approximately two weeks before scheduled event.

 

2.Q: Can two vendors be at the same table?

A:NO. Only 1 vendor/company per table. No two different companies are NOT allowed to share a table/booth 

3.Q: Am I allowed to sell product?

A: Yes, there are no restrictions to sales.

4.Q: Is a WiFi Code provided at the event?

A: Yes, It will be available upon arrival. 

5.Q: Can I arrive at any time?

A: NO, Setup time is 8 am till 11 am and you must arrive on time to set up.

6.Q: What happens if I arrive after 11 am?

A: If you arrive after set up hours you will not be allowed to set up and at no point will a refund be granted. 

7. Q: Can I break down if I see some one else or if I want to?

A:You are not allowed to leave early/in the middle of the event. You must stay the entire duration of the event. If you breakdown during the event without approval there will be a $100 PENALTY.

8. Q: Can I get a refund? 

A: NO. Vendor booths are final and non refundable.

9. Q:Can I bring assistance with me?

A: If bringing assistance with you, you must provide us with the name to be added to the complimentary vendor admission. 

*If name is not on the list they will have purchase a general admission. *Complimentary vendor admission list closes 1 week prior to event.

10.Q: How many people can be at my vendor booth?

A:Maximum of 5 people per table. If bringing more then 5 people to assist you, you are required to purchase an additional table ($50).

11. Q: What is the location we send our promotional item/inserts for giftbags too?

A:Mail Promotional Items to: P.O. BOX 608192 ORLANDO, FL 32860 MINIMUM OF 300 INSERTS


Rules: 

Vendors must turn in your table/booth the way it was given to you. 

Make sure to pick up after yourself. If table/booth, chairs, and linen are not returned in the proper way then you will not be allowed to participate in future events. 

Food vendors, if bringing machinery you must get our approval. (Insurance may be required, Please ASK)

When attending as a vendor the following items will be at your vendor booth the amount of chairs requested, prize form (must be turned in by noon *the day of event to Dj Booth), Exhibitor questionnaire on how we can better our events and communication with you.
