We will be offering our guest to meet over 40 wedding vendors to help with their wedding details. So in addition to all of the wonderful wedding professionals and exhibitors you’ll meet at every show, you might just go home with one of our fabulous prizes when you attend the fashion show. You must be present at the start of the fashion show when we call your name to win. Otherwise we will call another name until we give away all the prizes.

Please bring extension cords, surge protector, black tape for loose cords, arrive on time, and enjoy your atmosphere.
SET UP TIME IS 9 AM- 11 AM. YOU MUST BE SET UP BY 12 NOON. IF YOU ARE NOT SET UP BY NOON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SET UP AFTER SET UP HOURS AND AT NO POINT WILL A REFUND BE GRANTED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A VENDOR TO BE SET UP AND READY ON TIME.
